Claiming a listing does not change where it ranks, and it is not a paid placement.

Vendor registration is not open yet. We are still publishing the first set of listings, and we will open vendor sign-up once enough of the catalogue is live. Nothing is wrong with your account -- please check back shortly.

We are publishing listings in batches, researched first. When sign-up opens you will be able to claim your listing on this same page — the address does not change, so it is worth keeping.

If you need us before then

Write to us. If something on your listing is wrong today, tell us and we will look at it — you do not have to wait for sign-up to open to get a mistake corrected.

What claiming gets you

Claim your listing

Tell us a listing is yours from a work email on the same domain. A person reviews every claim before it is granted.

Propose corrections

Send us a fix for a field that is wrong or out of date. Your listing is unchanged until the correction is approved, including for prices.

See where your request stands

Every claim, correction and decision — with the reason it was decided — stays visible on your account.

Claiming a listing does not give you direct edit access. Every change you propose is read by a person before it appears, and a price you send is recorded as your figure until we have checked it against your own pricing page.

Before you ask

I cannot find my product.: Most of the catalogue is still being researched and published in batches, so a missing listing usually means we have not got to it rather than that we passed on it. Search first, and if it is genuinely not there, tell us about it.
Does claiming cost anything?: No. Claiming, corrections and the status of your requests are free, and none of them affects where a product ranks.
Something on my listing is wrong right now.: You do not have to wait. Send us a message with the listing and what is wrong, and we will look at it.
